1. About us

2. Orders

• You order on the site without an account, by giving your name, phone number, city and address.
• We may call you or send a WhatsApp message to confirm your order before it ships. We can cancel an order if we cannot reach you, if the details are incorrect, or if an item is no longer available — you are never charged for a cancelled order.

3. Prices and payment

• Prices are in Moroccan dirhams (MAD). The total shown at checkout, including any bundle offer, is what you pay.
• Payment is Cash on Delivery only: you pay the courier in cash when you receive your order. No online payment is taken.

4. Delivery

• Delivery is free across Morocco.
• Most orders arrive within 24–48 hours depending on your city. You can follow your order on the Track Order page.

5. Refusal, returns and exchanges

You can refuse the package at delivery and pay nothing. After delivery, you can request a return or exchange within 48 hours for unused items in their original packaging — see our Return Policy.

6. Products

We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Colours on screen may look slightly different from the real item. Availability can change; if an ordered item is no longer available we will tell you.

8. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Moroccan law.
