Who we are

Clifstone is an online store based in Tiflet, Morocco (Avenue El Orouba 15400), selling watches, sunglasses and wallets with Cash on Delivery across Morocco. For any question about your data, contact us at clifstone44@gmail.com or by phone at +212 5381-64316.

What we collect

• When you order: your name, phone number, city, delivery address and any note you add, plus the products, quantities and total of your order.
• No payment data: you pay in cash to the courier. We never ask for or store card or bank details.
• On your device: your cart and wishlist are kept in your own browser (local storage), not on our servers.

How we use it

• To prepare and deliver your order and collect the payment at delivery.
• To contact you about your order (for example to confirm it by phone or WhatsApp).
• To handle returns, exchanges and questions, and to keep a record of orders.

Who we share it with

• Our delivery partner receives what is needed to deliver: name, phone, city, address, the order contents and the amount to collect.
• Advertising and measurement (Meta and TikTok): see below.
• Technical providers that run the shop for us (website hosting, database and internal order notifications). They only process the data to provide that service.

We do not sell your personal data.

Cookies, Meta Pixel and TikTok Pixel

We use the Meta Pixel (Facebook / Instagram) and the TikTok Pixel to measure visits and the results of our ads. They record actions on the site such as pages viewed, products viewed or added to the cart, checkout started and orders placed (products and order value). These services may set cookies on your device (for example _fbp, _fbc, _ttp), and when you arrive from an ad we keep the ad click identifier in a cookie (up to 90 days for Meta, 30 days for TikTok).

When you place an order, we also send the order to Meta and TikTok from our server so it can be matched to the ad you came from. Your phone number (and, for Meta, your name and city) are sent only in hashed form — scrambled one way, so the original value is not shared. Meta and TikTok process this data under their own privacy policies.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and manage ad preferences in your Facebook, Instagram and TikTok settings. The shop keeps working without these cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep order information for as long as needed to deliver, handle returns and questions, and meet our accounting and legal obligations.

Your rights

Under Moroccan Law No. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use.
